What is Furniturelink?
Furniture link is a small charity based in Guildford selling new and pre-loved furniture, white goods and small electrical appliances.
Who We Help?
We help residents on a low income in our local community and further afield in Surrey to furnish their own homes. We do this by offering low cost affordable furniture or in some cases we are able to signpost for full funding vie a third party depending on their personal circumstances (please call 01483 506 504 for more details).
In the near future we hope to have our own fund to be able to help those in need directly, without sign posting them to third parties. To help us achieve our goal please head over to our donate page.
Helping Through Volunteering
We also help people in our local community by offering volunteering placements and have helped several long term unemployed people get back into full time and part time employment. We have done this either by employing them directly, or by giving them the necessary skills to become employable elsewhere. Not only do we offer volunteering opportunities to those in our local community we also offer volunteer placements and training to those who are on community service.
